- What kind of experience do you have? I have 10 years Primary teaching experience and have led on Literacy/English. I am also a phonics expert/reading specialist having trained teachers and parents around the country. I have tutored children ranging from aged 6-11 years including 11+ English Common Entrance Exams and 11+ Reasoning. Available for LAMDA Examination prep also. - Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate? Yes - Do you belong to any professional organisations? About the lesson

Hello. I am passionate about raising Literacy standards. I have proven success in writing and confidence through 1:1 tutoring. I currently work at Middlesex University as a Lecturer in Primary English and have 10 years classroom teaching experience. - Which subject(s) do you teach? KS1 and KS2 English and Maths. Acting/Performance Greek-Basic - Tell me about your qualifications. BA Hons in Drama and Film and TV Studies 2:1 PGCE Primary Education Greek GCSE - How much do you charge? KS1 and KS2 £35ph KS3 English £40ph Acting classes / Drama school auditions £35ph Basic Greek £35ph Rates for siblings can be reduced, no travel charges in North London. - Where do you teach? I can teach either at my home (EN1) or at student's homes. I can travel to Winchmore Hill, Southgate, Barnet, Crouch End and Muswell Hill amongst other areas. - When are you available? I am available every day after school - Which ages and levels do you teach? Children aged 4-11 for English and Maths. Children aged 12 - 14 English Any age for Drama and Acting coaching. - Describe your arrangements for online tutoring. Using Zoom or Facetime - Do you have a personal message for students? I am a friendly, personable tutor who gets to know each and every student. My aim is to understand each student's strengths and needs and support them in meeting their needs. I am passionate about English and want to enthuse my students about the subject.

In addition to the lessons, the children were sent additional resources so help reinforce their learning.
