About Roberto

I have been working as a programmer for 20 years (starting from C, C ++, then Visual Basic 6, Visual C ++, now VB.NET and C #). In my current position I organized internal seminars on regular expressions, unit testing, and test-driven development (TDD). I helped refactor over 300k lines of legacy VB6 code into C# to make it unit testing friendly.

About the lesson

For those with prior experience I can help by advising on new or alternative techniques, code refactoring to build testable software and answering questions that might not be answered by online resources.

For those just starting with software testing in general and unit testing in particular I can lead them in creating reusable code, functional tests and techniques on how to build strong unit tests that won't break when implementation is changed.

Both TAD (test-after-development) and TDD (test-driven development) approaches can be studied for both greenfield and legacy code.

The students are supposed to know how to program in the language of their choice (although C# will be used for samples). This is not an entry-level programming course but an entry- or advanced-level unit testing course.

Perfect! Profesor super correcto, responsable y muy didáctico. Super Recomendable. Se nota que ama lo que hace,
no sólo se basó en el problema que tenia con mi ejercicio, si no que además me dio teoría antes del mismo para poder desarrollar cualquier tipo de ejercicio.

no sólo se basó en el problema que tenia con mi ejercicio, si no que además me dio teoría antes del mismo para poder desarrollar cualquier tipo de ejercicio.

Entiende los conceptos que se le explican, tal vez algunos eran demasiados abstractos pero con un poco de ayuda no tuvo problemas en imaginarse cómo sería el proceso de diseño. Suerte con la carrera!
