I have a BSc in applied maths and physics and a PhD in applied maths.
I have extensive experience in lecturing/tutoring maths at university level and doing grinds for leaving cert students.
I have a lifelong passion for teaching and learning maths.

I aim to provide clear, concise, and approachable explanations, and to coach students in working through questions in a way that reduces their anxiety about tackling maths problems. My approach to tutoring places the focus on understanding the fundamentals first, as I find this to be more engaging and less stressful for students.
I typically do one hour maths lessons for leaving cert or university students.
