About Faith
I completed a B.Arch and later an M.Arch in Architectural Theory, where I explored the relationship between space, culture, and human experience. Over 7 years of teaching experience, I have guided students through creative uncertainty, helping them find clarity and confidence in their design process. These years shaped my supportive, reflective teaching style. My teaching philosophy emphasises patience, dialogue, and exploration. I help students understand not only how to design, but how to think critically about space and form. Lessons are adapted to each learner’s creative rhythm and goals. Outside teaching, I remain connected to architecture through reading, sketching, and design analysis. These activities enrich my lessons. Teaching architecture is meaningful because I witness students grow into confident designers capable of expressing thoughtful, purposeful ideas.

My architecture lessons focus on guiding students through the process of transforming ideas into structured, meaningful designs. I introduce principles such as spatial organisation, proportion, circulation, form, and material awareness using clear explanations and visual examples. Lessons encourage creativity while emphasising logical structure, helping learners feel confident expressing design ideas with purpose. As students progress, lessons include sketch development, conceptual planning, model exploration, and visual storytelling. Intermediate learners refine spatial reasoning and clarity, while advanced learners focus on project narratives, design justification, and presentation skills. Feedback is constructive and thoughtful, supporting growth without pressure. Architecture lessons also nurture observation, imagination, and disciplined thinking. Many students grow more confident articulating ideas visually and verbally. My goal is to help learners develop a strong creative identity supported by structured design habits.
