About Dane
I hold a B.Arch and an M.Arch in Sustainable Architecture, which allowed me to cultivate expertise in design thinking, spatial intelligence, and material application. Over 7 years of teaching, I have guided learners in developing creative expression, analytical reasoning, and technical competence. My lessons emphasize clarity, structured practice, and interactive engagement to foster mastery and confidence. I customize lessons to each student’s needs, incorporating exercises, projects, and critiques to support creative growth and problem-solving abilities. Encouraging independent thinking and iterative improvement allows learners to steadily develop competence and confidence. Outside teaching, I engage in design research, urban planning projects, and sustainability studies. Integrating these insights into lessons ensures relevance and practical understanding. Teaching architecture is fulfilling as I witness students gain skill, clarity, and creative confidence while discovering their personal design voice.

Intermediate learners tackle more complex projects, model construction, material application, and functional planning, sharpening both creative and technical skills. Advanced learners focus on portfolio development, urban design, sustainability considerations, and detailed project presentation, integrating analytical precision with aesthetic sensitivity.
Studying architecture cultivates visual thinking, problem-solving, and self-expression. Students learn to communicate ideas clearly, conceptualize innovative designs, and apply technical knowledge with confidence. My goal is to help learners develop both creativity and discipline, enabling them to approach architectural challenges thoughtfully and effectively.
