Teaching French became my path after completing my BA Musique populaire from UQAM. 7 years of experience have shaped my approach to language instruction. My students range from French learners who want to sing chanson to serious guitar students learning Québécois folk styles.
I focus on cultural context and accent and intonation to help you sound natural. Travel French and pronunciation are central parts of how I structure my sessions. Reading comprehension and role play and dialogue practice keep things active for every learner.
Listening practice and everyday phrases for beginners are included to build your confidence quickly. I also provide clear guidance on verb conjugation and vocabulary building. You get free access to my vocabulary and grammar notes as a standard benefit here. Watching someone progress in their understanding of a new language is incredibly rewarding for me.
