About Marcos
Teaching music production for 10 years means I hear the distinct hum of a laptop fan and the scratch of a stylus against a screen. My BA in Music Production from BIMM Institute taught me that theory is useless if it stays trapped in your head. Bedroom producers, beginners, and career switchers often spend too much time reading manuals instead of making noise.
I treat every studio session like a real engineering desk where the focus remains on finalising your sonic vision. Content creators and students frequently arrive with folders full of half-finished loops and no roadmap for completion.
My practical approach filters out the unnecessary clutter so you can focus on the core elements of your sound. I have worked with adult learners who need direct, actionable feedback to move past their creative blocks.
You should expect to see the screen clearly and understand exactly why we make specific routing choices. It is about getting the job done while building a workflow that stands the test of time. Everything I do centres on the goal of finishing beats because that is what actually matters in this industry. I prefer to keep things simple and effective.

We cover mixing fundamentals and reference mixing by applying the methods I earned through my degree and over a decade of production work. I show you how to handle sampling, looping, and the final export process so your music is ready for release.
These sessions are direct, gear aware, and focused entirely on the specific technical hurdles you face during your creative process. I enjoy seeing the moment a student stops worrying about the settings and starts listening to the music. That is the point where real growth begins for me.
