About Joanne
I am a mum of four home educated young people, I have 16 years of home education experience. I have a background in working with children and young people in various settings and am an Arts Awards adviser and tutor. I very much enjoy facilitating and supporting the learning process and helping young people find joy in learning as they develop skills and fine-tune their talents. As young people take ownership of their educational journey they often learn best when they find the relevance and usefulness of what they are learning while developing the ability to notice or reflect on personal progress.

I can provide a series of lessons on basic art skills, I can facilitate Arts Award qualifications (for young people with a UK address and have access to an Arts Award centre). I can also provide coaching for home educating parents as well as assisting with the home education process. I have experience in tutoring early learners and assisting children with additional support needs.
