About Hope
Grammar rules often feel like a maze that hides the true meaning of a sentence. Sometimes I find that even advanced students get tripped up by simple idioms. I draw on 13 years of experience to guide absolute beginners and intermediate learners through this landscape.

Teaching provides a bridge between different cultures and professional worlds. I aim to simplify the complexities of English for my students. My BEd from York University provides the foundation for my 13 years of experience. I work with 84 students, including immigrants and TOEFL candidates, to improve academic writing and accent softening.
