About Austin
My name is Austin Brian, and I've been coaching in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I hold certifications in personal training, sports performance, and corrective exercise. For the last 6 years, I've worked with athletes, active adults, and clients of all ages — helping them build strength, improve movement, and achieve real, lasting results. I'm known for my practical, no-nonsense approach and my ability to connect with clients at every level. My clients trust me because I take time to understand their needs and design programs that work for them. I've helped athletes return to sport after injury, weekend warriors improve their performance, and everyday clients transform their strength and confidence. Hi, I'm Austin Brian. I've trained clients for 6 years, and my focus is on athletic performance and functional strength — helping you move with more power, speed, and control whether you're competing in sports, training for an event, or simply want to feel stronger in your daily life. My sessions are built around compound lifts, explosive movements, and mobility work to build a balanced, resilient body. We work on squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and rotating with emphasis on form and technique. For athletes, I incorporate plyometrics, agility drills, and sport-specific conditioning. For general clients, I focus on building sustainable strength, improving posture, and preventing injury. My coaching is clear, challenging, and tailored to your goals. You'll know exactly what you're doing — and why — every step of the way.
