About Austin
My name is Austin Brian, and I've been playing piano for over 10 years. I studied classical piano and music theory, and I've performed in recitals, accompanied ensembles, and taught students of all ages for the last 6 years. I also work with students preparing for exams, auditions, or simply playing for pleasure. My students trust me because I'm approachable, enthusiastic, and I take time to understand their musical interests and goals. I've helped nervous beginners find their confidence, adult learners rediscover their love for music, and advanced students refine their technique and expression. Hi, I'm Austin Brian. I've taught piano for 6 years, and my focus is on helping students develop both technical skill and creative expression — whether you're interested in classical repertoire, contemporary music, or learning to improvise. I work with beginners discovering the piano, intermediate players looking to refine their technique, and adults returning to the instrument after time away. My lessons cover hand position, finger strength, sight-reading, and music theory. I introduce repertoire that reflects your interests, from classical sonatas to pop songs and film scores. I also teach improvisation and chord-based playing for students who want to explore jazz, pop, or their own compositions. My approach is patient and encouraging — I'll challenge you to improve while making sure you enjoy the process and feel proud of your progress.
