About Ethan

Hi, I'm Ethan, and I'm passionate about baseball and health. I love playing and teaching baseball, as well as working with kids and people who want to become more active or learn a new sport. I'm gentle, flexible, respectful and responsive, and I'd love to work with you. Here is some of my experience: Played varsity baseball for 4 years & AA baseball for 2 years Trained multiple clients to meet their fitness & goals (long-term); utilized stretching, yoga, calisthenics and weightlifting Taught yoga & animal movements to kids in 2022 at a charity camp as a counselor; been a camp counselor at camps in 2022-present Education: Third year Kinesiology student at University of Guelph-Humber. Graduated from Humber College Fitness & Health Promotion in 2024

About the lesson

I have an integrative approach that includes strength and conditioning mixed with technical drills and training fundamental skills. I have personal training & childcare experience, so I know how to be positive and encouraging while offering constructive feedback.

I'm gentle and patient and will make sure our lessons are fun.
