I try to breakdown the concepts for my students so that they are confident and comfortable with the concepts. I give practical life examples to give a view of how knowledge is applied in the real world.

Course setup
The course content includes - Basics of double entry book-keeping, preparing ledgers, preparing trial balance, transferring balances , closing off accounts, preparing basic Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Comprehensive book keeping and an understanding of basic accounting concepts. Bank reconciliation , Statement of changes in equity and the statement of cashflow are optional and can be taught in an additional class.
I have been a Chartered Accountant for past13 years and mentored and assisted 18 students.
