About Julia
Bassist/contrabassist music for more than 10 years. Focused on acting and teaching from the beginning.
I studied at several institutions (Sadem, EMPA, Manuel de Falla Conservatory, EMC) and I took private instrument classes and I still want to constantly improve myself, so I keep taking classes and studying new careers.
Over time, I saw that what I like to transmit the most is the enthusiasm of making music and that the new knowledge that I can teach opens new doors of understanding and relationship with music. When I see a student understanding something new for the first time, it's a great moment.
I have dedicated myself more than anything to interpreting and I have a lot of experience in different genres. I worked on cruise ships playing jazz and lounge music as well as more pop-inclined musical comedy shows. I participate in several musical groups of folklore, salsa / Latin, original music and jazz.

Private lessons focused on acquiring knowledge from the enjoyment and connection with music, respecting personal learning times and taking the contents in relation to the interests of each student.
Being a session player I have knowledge of various styles and the idea is that with the classes you acquire tools to be able to put together your own lines and versions on the bass of the songs that you like.
