About Paul
I have been a bass player since I was 13 and have played in a lot of groups in parallel with my studies at the conservatory. I first studied cello and classical music from my 6 to 16 years old, then jazz on bass and double bass as well as theory. I also studied popular music and production for a year in London.
I started by learning cello, classical music and music theory at the conservatories of Paris 1 then Montreuil when I was 6 years old in I was 16, before switching to jazz and jazz harmony, bass and double bass at the Paris Conservatory. Last year I studied popular music in various fields (performance, production, songwriting, industry) at ICMP in London last year.
On bass, I played in many different bands with various styles (Jazz, funk, soul, latin, pop, r'n'b, afrobeat) and has done a lot of concerts in Parisian venues, or for public and private events.
I have also been a producer for different artists for two years and a half and produced on Logic Pro X.

I am a young 24-year-old bassist and producer, fairly experienced, and offer bass, double bass and music production lessons on Logic Pro X. The lessons range from beginner to experienced level, can be face-to-face in the Paris region or in line with zoom, microsoft teams ...
The lessons can be adapted to any kind of music style: Jazz, Rock, Pop, Funk, Soul, R'n'B, Latin, Afrobeat, Hip / hop on bass and Trap, Boom / Bap, Drill as well as previous styles in music production.
The aim of the lessons will be to progress step by step and learn the keys to progress and work effectively .
On bass and double bass it will mainly be a question of technique, understanding of music and playing, and applied theory.
In production, it will be about learning to carry out a project whatever the style, to compose little by little with midi instruments (synths, plug-in) or organic (learn to record), to make a beat, with q a few mixing basics.
The lessons will of course be oriented according to the wishes of the students and their musical tastes.
