I've performed & given workshops in Europe, Asia, the US, & the Caribbean.
My recordings include: Cosmic Motion Picture (Je! Harrington); One & Homecookin'! (Reed Die!enbach); & So Tru (Trudy Sandhaus).
In addition, I've written: Blues Improvisation Complete; Famous Saxophone Solos from R&B, Pop & Smooth Jazz; Essential Solos - 28 Solos on Popular Jazz Standards; Great Tenor Saxophone Solos, Vol. 1 & 2; and Great Smooth Jazz, R&B, & Pop Tenor Saxophone Solos.
I've toured as a featured soloist with the Gene Krupa Orchestra & performed with Milt Hinton, Ricky Ford, George Schuller, Rachael Z, Joe Hunt, Kenwood Dennard, Baron Browne, Steve Hunt, Vinny Golia, Teddy Kotick, Billy Kilson, John Lockwood, Gabrielle Goodman, Bob Gullotti, Makoto Ozone, & Jon Finn.
I have a M.M. from New England Conservatory of Music and a B.M. from Berklee College of Music.

I really enjoy seeing my students learn and progress and I take great pride in their accomplishments. First, I like to find out all about your prior experience and what kinds of music you prefer. That way I know exactly where we should begin and what the focus should be. Personally, I love music of all kinds and have expertise in many styles including jazz, classical, funk and blues. As a Berklee Professor, Harvard MLSP instructor and MIT Emerson Scholarship Instructor, I've been doing this for a long time and through many years of teaching, I've developed highly e!ective and proven approaches for helping you reach you goals.
