About Bilaal
I have worked for the second biggest France telecom company named 'SFR' as French customer service agent for more than 6 years at different managerial levels. I also hold a bachelor degree in Management with Entrepreneurship and currently working as Bilingual Enhancement service advisor. I hold a C2 level in French at TEF exams (Test evaluation de Francais pour le Canada). C2 is the highest ranking level. I briefly taught Business Studies and Entrepreneurship in high school.
