About Nicholas

Hello! My name is Nicholas. I have over 12 years of overall teaching experience, including three years teaching high school Spanish full-time. My fluency and passion for Spanish come from living in Honduras, Central America as a missionary, immersed in the local culture.

Having learned Spanish as a second language myself, I understand the exact hurdles native English speakers face—from mastering pronunciation to overcoming the fear of speaking. I bring high energy, patience, and professional structured guidance to every session to help you feel completely comfortable learning at your own pace.

About the lesson

My Spanish Crash Course is designed to move at your personal pace, focusing heavily on interactive speaking, proper pronunciation, and real-world conversation. Lessons are structured around 10 core practical topics—starting with essential introductions and foundational grammar, then progressing into present and past tenses as you gain confidence.

In a typical session, we spend time reviewing high-frequency vocabulary and practical phrases derived from real Latin American immersion. We work through guided interactive exercises where you practice speaking directly, receiving immediate feedback and encouragement. You will also receive curated vocabulary lists and materials to reinforce what you learn between sessions.

These lessons are ideal for beginner to lower-intermediate students (ages 13 and up), high schoolers needing extra support, adults learning for travel, or mission teams preparing for cross-cultural outreach. Whether you want to build foundational skills from scratch or gain confidence speaking smoothly, I tailor each session to your personal goals.
