Leone Farquharson is a dynamic, purpose-driven leader with a strong background in global health, health equity, and interdisciplinary clinical research. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Society from Cornell University with a minor in Inequality Studies (Health Equity Track), and is currently pursuing a Master’s. With experience spanning healthcare innovation, program coordination, and mental health research, Leone brings a unique blend of clinical insight, strategic thinking, and systems-level vision. She has successfully led and supported initiatives in stroke rehabilitation, forensic mental health, youth services, and digital health transformation—emphasizing trauma-informed care, patient empowerment, and culturally responsive service delivery. Leone is also the founder of Apparent Inc., a health innovation company focused on unconventional, tech-enabled care models for underserved communities. Her work reflects a commitment to equity, collaboration, and compassionate leadership.
