About Tizita

During my professional career, I have acquired diverse experiences in facilitating and taking part of attaining the aims/goals of different work environments; guiding and supervising my co-workers as a department head as well as practicing effective means of improving tasks were taken.
I focus on “Action with Knowledge” approach of doing things, and I believe that I have experienced different work settings; as a teacher (grade 7-12), subject editor (grade 2-12), department head as well as an assistant manager and accountant. All those experiences including that I am still going through, have helped me to see, lead, collaborate and deliver my best for the changing and valuing knowledge in the lives of at least 4,500 individuals, including but not limited to student, colleagues, villagers, friends and other customers from 2006 G.C. up to date.
I contributed my best in strengthening my colleagues in different issues and circumstances. In addition, as a student and a citizen that has supposed to contribute something for my friends and my country, I offered my leadership skills and knowledge in different ways such as by being a university students’ council president and the likes.
Through all the years of my job experiences, I administered, communicated, implemented, planned, supervised, and trained in many on and out of job related as well as other multiple socio-economic issues.
During all the past working years, I acquired many certificates from different sectors including NGOs like WHO, UNICEF, NRC and embassy like U.S. Department of States.
Additionally, I have online tutoring experiences, which were conducted through zoom from home town, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to Minnesota, USA. It was a very nice experience that I acquired a lot of skill and they were also good chances for me to experience American education system. And, I believe that those experiences could be good input for me to work from here if you have an online tutoring opportunity.
With over more than ten years of experience in different places and settings, along with my interpersonal, informational and decisions ability, I believe that I can positively contribute a lot to the best achievements in Biology/General Science and/or Environmental Science Private Tutoring.
Currently, I am working as a Biology Editor and Subject Specialist in Gibson School Systems, Addis Ababa-Ethiopia, where I get ample amount of different experiences. I believe that my request will get a positive consideration.

About the lesson

I can teach students ranging from lower grade up to high school students especially in relation to biology, general science , and environmental science subjects. The methodology that I will use is through an online/zoom. Since I have the experience to teach from home, I think you could provide me such tutoring jobs.
