About the lesson

I tend to have a visual based teaching technique with a lot of examples and metaphors. I tend to bring the theory of the book into real world applications. I feel that students can grasp the concept better when they see it visually. I also work on students with test anxiety and help them through exposure theory (lots of mock tests).

I am a researcher in the field of physiological and developmental biopsychology. I have graduated with honours from UofT completing a double major in Biology and Psychology. I am currently gaining experience tutoring since I plan on teaching in the future. I am multi-lingual and come from an international background. I currently tutor in English/Biology/Physics/Chemistry/Psychology and SAT prep.

I would love to have the sessions at the South Common Library. It would eliminate travel time by Mi-Way (I don't have a car). I can tutor students in a learning positive environment and they can get reference books and supplemental materials from the library.
