About Lacey
Hey I'm Lacey D!
I'm a big celebrator of life and prioritize feeling good in my body.
I believe movement should be fun if we want to develop a lifelong relationship with it and i've spent much of my life exploring and diving into different shapes and movements that make me feel vibrantly and peacefully alive.
I have a decade of sports coaching experience and strongly understand each student's unique way of learning. I seek to teach with the intention of playfulness and exploration. I love to laugh and dance and pull my clients out of their comfort zone. Many of my group sessions are done workshop style so there's lot's of attention to breaking down poses.
