About Michelle

I have 18 years of teaching experience in Spanish and French at the college, private and adult education levels. I have taught every level - From beginner, to intermediate, to conversational, to advanced composition, and literature. I have taught anywhere from 1 to 32 students at one time. I have seen students improve considerably, especially when they take courses with me through various semesters. I see their confidence blossom; and once they loosen up, they are able to express themselves in class, at work or on the street in ways they never thought they could. I have helped several students with inder pendent studies, compiled and written entirely in French, toward theio honors thesis grade of A.

About the lesson

These particular lessons are designed for students of intermediate or advanced Spanish in the high school, college and adult education levels. My main goals are to improve pronunciation, to get you more native-sounding, to improve oral communication and expression, and to develop strategies for better language comprehension. Comfort with conversational Spanish is what I expect for you to achieve with my help. I am patient, creative, and will cater to your particular learning needs and style. I am patient, understanding, and always seek to communicate ideas clearky. No textbook will be required. I will giue you any mateoials you might need. My lessons are designed to be fun. I often introduce music, videos and technology in class to make the subject matter more interesting. You can learn from the comfort of your own home, or we can teach/learn over coffee!
