Beginners - It is my duty to teach you the root fundamentals of “the sweet science”. From proper technique to conditioning your mind/body/spirit in order to develop a strong base for the necessities of boxing.
Intermediate - Level up your skills by increasing offensive/defensive strategy, fluidity, power,speed, efficiency etc. Break down barriers to maybe one day compete if that is your desire. You will have all the preparation you need to step in the ring full of confidence and snatch that W.
Advanced - The level of competition is so high that you need to be at peak performance. I will provide that platform where you can be consistent in all aspects of the fight game and ready for all opportunities that may arise.
*Lessons conducted across GTA, efforts can be made to accommodate a convenient location.
*All coaching equipment provided.

Perfect! A very friendly and accomodating instructor who is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects boxing and fitness training! Lessons are tailored to you and are the perfect blend of technical (superb technical instructor!) and fitness training. Coach Nevin knows how to meet you where you are at and challenge you in just the right amount. If you are new and looking for private boxing or fitness lessons, I strongly recommend scheduling a trial with coach Nevin! If I could rate over 5 stars I would.
Perfect! Coach Nevin is amazing! He has really helped me to achieve my goals. Everything you would want in a coach and he also does boxing, soccer and personal training so very versatile.
