I have trained in kickboxing for 16 years, and have taught for the last 10 in 2 countries. I have competed in tournaments and hold a black belt in Muay Thai. I strive to help everyone reach their goals, whether feeling good, a certain physique, or level of boxing. Your needs are my motivation!

All sessions are in person. I start with an online consultation to familiarize with you and understand your needs and how to best train you.
I teach all levels and especially welcome those beginning for the first time, it's a wonderful discipline!
