About Fergie

Fergie Philippe has been seen on Broadway in Hamilton as Hercules Mulligan and James Madison and in Camelot as Sir Sagramore. Off Broadway as Bob/Willis in Jason Robert Brown’s The Connector. On television: The Good Fight, Law and Order: SVU and The Gilded Age, as well as the film Space Cadet. Fergie is also a puppeteer who has worked on projects like Danika’s Elephants, Jupiter’s Journey to Earth, Rescue Rue and The Little Mermaid. In addition, Fergie is also a writer, musician, and director who creates original works under his production company Et Toi Productions.

Fergie is a classically trained actor who studied the methods of Stanislavski and Meisner for almost 10 years. Fergie has, and continues to work in multiple fields including Educational, Regional, National Tour, Off-Broadway and Broadway Theater, and in Film and Television. Fergie has been teaching and coaching for the past ten years with students aged from 5 to Adults currently in the industry. Fergie was an adjunct faculty at Miami-Dade College and is currently one beginning this fall at Marymount Manhattan College. He has taught in schools nationwide for Masterclasses and has specialized in a myriad of subjects. Fergie's passion for teaching and coaching are passed down lessons from some of his greatest teachers and also lessons taught from his not-so-greatest teachers. Fergie exclusively focuses on the work at hand and gives you the tools that you need to not only give a truthful performance but to feel confident in your ability to do so on your own. Fergie teaches Scene Study/Analysis, Monologue Execution, Acting Through Song, Audition Technique, Movement, and Voice/Speech.
