About Arden
I am a BSC in Applied math and Computer sciences student with Unisa. I bring math expertise, with a solid background of 6 distinctions at Matric level (gr12), Math and Physical Sciences inclusive. Having completed matric, I pursued a degree in Mechanical engineering with the University of Johannesburg. Throughout all this and up to now, I've always loved sharing my unique understanding of mathematics, leading to my A+ in the subject. I also bring with me 2 years of classroom experience in gr12 math and Physics, accumulated at various private schools, in the republic.

My innate passion for teaching drives me to break down information into simple, logical pieces, using clear simple English leading to those "ohhhh!" moments of realization that feed students' curiosities.Though capable of handling Maths from gr4 - 12, I find joy in helping SENIOR and FET phase (gr7-12) learners, demystify Mathematics, using real-life examples where necessary to prove its underlying simplicity. I believe learning should be about understanding the basics, not cramming and that is what I aim to achieve in the 1hr lessons that I offer.
