About Plum
# My Teaching Approach: Nurturing Future Scientists I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all teaching. Instead, I shape lessons around who you are and what sparks your curiosity. * I listen first—your background and strengths guide our path forward. * We begin with curiosity, exploring big questions together. * You’ll learn by doing, using real experiments and scientific tools. * Through regular one-on-one conversations, we’ll chart your progress and goals. * You’ll work on meaningful projects that feel like real research. * Here, thoughtful questions and even setbacks are part of the discovery process. Let’s start a conversation about your journey in science.
