Hi, I'm Andrew and I'm currently a Computer Science student at the University of Waikato with strong academic results and a passion for helping others succeed through tutoring and guidance. I've had the chance to guide my fellow university peers with programming, computational thinking, and data analysis, and now I will work with you to help achieve your academic goals. My teaching style is adaptive, with an emphasis on teaching understanding of foundational concepts first, then applying these to real world problems or exam questions. I also endeavour to encourage active engagement through question-asking and problem-solving.
My session lengths can be customised to fit the student's needs, and I am willing to provide lessons for high school students, university students, and returning students or adult learners.
I am a 4th year Computer Science student at the University of Waikato with strong academic results. Additionally, I have tutoring experience through being a sessional assistant in a number of scheduled Computer Science labs, and I also draw on my experience from my data analysis and modelling internship.
