About Megan
I am a Mathematics Graduate also with a Master Certificate in TEFL/TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). Originally from England, I am now based in North Adelaide. My work background is in social housing where I have conducted training sessions to new starters. I also communicate with tenants within the role. During my time at sixth form, I tutored a Level 2 Mathematics class.

My teaching method is to first find out how the student learns best. This is the basis on which information can be learned, recalled and applied. Testing is also important to find out how the learner has understood a topic but only strict test scenarios e.g. an exam under formal conditions will be used once the learner has acquired enough knowledge to achieve an adequate score i.e. when they are ready (otherwise it can be demoralising and demotivating). Most exercises will include multiple choice, visual prompts etc. depending on the learner style.
