I was working as a software engineer in Wipro technologies and later as a Research fellow in a R&D organization under Govt of India. My teaching methods are as follows
1. Maths is a lifeskill and maths subject is very much interlinked and connected to practical applications we see in day today . life. Relating and Visualisation of concepts in maths helps thr child for a better understanding and learning . The concept will be registered in their mind and can be applied at different scenarios
2. Exposing the kids to different level of practice sheets/work sheets which will challenge their comfort zone
3. Practice more sheets , assign home work /, assessment based on the skill and pace of learning
4. Work out more puzzles, engaging crosswords etc related to individual chapters/concepts
5. Customize the school syllabus/curriculum based on the skill and level of the child
