About Shazia

I am a dedicated, patient, and passionate educator with over 10 years of teaching experience, working with students of different ages and learning abilities. My teaching journey began at Saint Joseph’s Convent High School, Quetta, where I worked as a Class Teacher and Assistant Librarian. During this time, I taught primary-level students, managed classroom activities, and supported students in both their academic learning and personal development.

I also had the opportunity to work at The City School as a Class Teacher and English Teacher, teaching students from Grades 4 to 7. These experiences helped me develop a strong understanding of how to communicate with children, identify their individual learning needs, and create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing themselves.

I later returned to Saint Joseph’s Convent High School in a teaching and administrative role, where I was also involved in preparing examination papers and coordinating academic responsibilities. These experiences have strengthened my organisational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of effective teaching practices.

I hold a B.A. degree and can communicate in Urdu, English, Balochi, Persian, and Brahvi, which allows me to connect with students from diverse linguistic backgrounds. I am particularly passionate about helping students develop a strong foundation in Urdu while making the learning process enjoyable, structured, and encouraging.

I believe that every student has their own pace and style of learning. As a teacher, I strive to be patient, approachable, and supportive, while also maintaining the discipline and consistency needed for meaningful progress. My aim is not only to teach a subject but also to help students become more confident, independent, and enthusiastic learners.

I would be delighted to use my years of classroom experience to provide personalized and engaging Urdu lessons and help each student achieve their individual learning goals.
