About Susan
Clarity serves as the foundation for how I structure our time together. I believe in breaking down verb conjugation and syntax into manageable chunks for any learner. We address everything from travel phrases to advanced reading comprehension and business dialogue.
Role play is a huge part of our work together. You can expect consistent feedback on your intonation during our sessions.
I offer a free trial lesson to assess your level before we commit to a plan. It is important to me that you feel encouraged as we explore the language. I truly enjoy seeing my students gain confidence in their new skills.

Teaching French immersion grads to refine their accent feels like a natural extension of my own identity as a woman in a bilingual career. I hold a Bachelor of Education in Second Language Teaching from York University to back my methods. Working with newcomers and professionals keeps my perspective grounded in real world needs. These 8 years of experience allow me to navigate complex grammar for my students.
I have taught hundreds of students who seek to polish their speaking or writing skills. My background helps me bridge the gap between classroom theory and daily usage. You will find my approach patient and clear while we focus on your specific goals.
