About Fiori
Hi! I’m Fiori, a college student in California with a strong academic background and experience working with children and in customer-facing roles. I’m responsible, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping others, especially younger students who may need a little extra support with school.
As a tutor, I hope to be a positive and encouraging presence in each student’s learning experience. I know how important it is for parents to find someone they can trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m excited to work with students, get to know them, and help make their school experience a little easier and more enjoyable.

I help elementary school students with homework, studying for tests and quizzes, and anything they may be struggling to understand in class. I like to go through problems step-by-step and explain things in a way that makes sense to the student instead of just giving them the answer.
Each lesson will depend on what the student needs that day. We might work through homework, review for an upcoming test or quiz, or spend extra time on a topic they’re having trouble with. If they need more practice or a different explanation, I also use Khan Academy as an extra resource.
My goal is to create a comfortable and encouraging environment where students feel okay asking questions and taking their time. I want them to leave each lesson not only with their work done, but feeling more confident in what they’re learning.
