About Shreya
I am a current business student with a background in Software Engineering. Even as a technology student I have always had a passion for the English language and more specifically in writing and vocabulary. I have participated and been honoured in article writing competitions and also created my own poetry page on Instagram. As a daughter of an English language teacher, I have always assisted and sometimes lead students that my mother tutored. I hope to inculcate this love for the language in my students as well.

My methods for teaching English as a language are more practical than rote. Language gives us a voice and it's important for students to find their own. I find it important to focus on grammar as well as develop a unique writing style for a student. When it comes to listening and spoken English I prefer to simulate real-life situations that a student might encounter and hope to add value to their everyday life. For IELTS and TOEFL, I focus on exam-specific details that will help the student maximize their score.
