We'll start with a free 30 minute introductory call to get to know each other and, discuss your goals and expectations. From there, we’ll schedule your first in-person or online session.
All sessions, whether online or in person, are 60 minutes with warm-up and cool-down provided. Whether you're a complete beginner or already experienced, my lessons are tailored to meet you where you are. You'll get clear progressions, personalized feedback, and effective workouts that require little to no equipment based on your goals.
Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses your own body weight to build real, functional strength, control, and mobility. Through movements like pull-ups, push-ups, dips, and advanced skills like muscle-ups or handstands, you'll develop a strong and capable body - without needing machines or a gym.

Issree is an amazing coach! She gives out clear explanations with a focus on what you should/shouldn’t do to avoid injuries. She is very patient even when I have tons of questions. She is always ready to give regression and progression depending on how you are doing. I love that she pays attention to your form and gives instant feedback so you know what you should be correcting. I have started training with her for around a month now and I am surprised by how much I got stronger only training once a week. She clearly knows how to push you and get you stronger safely. I highly recommend her as a coach especially if you are a beginner or you are scared to get injured. With her you are in a safe environment and I feel like I am improving week after week with her!
