About Kumar

I am a 43-year-old life coach who works from real-life experience, deep listening, and practical understanding of people and situations. Over the years, friends, colleagues, and acquaintances have naturally turned to me during emotional stress, relationship confusion, and difficult life decisions. I am someone who listens patiently, helps calm the mind, and brings clarity when emotions feel overwhelming. My intention in coaching is not to fix people, but to help them slow down, understand themselves better, and see their situation from a clearer, wiser perspective. I chose to offer life coaching because I genuinely find meaning in helping people regain balance, calmness, and clarity during challenging phases of life.

About the lesson

My life coaching sessions are calm, practical, and clarity-focused. I help people who feel emotionally overwhelmed, confused about relationships, or stuck in overthinking.
The first step in my sessions is always emotional grounding — slowing the mind and reducing mental noise. Once calm, I help you see your situation clearly, understand the bigger picture, and identify practical next steps.
I don’t judge, preach, or give fake motivation. I listen deeply, ask the right questions, and share insights based on real life experience. Many people feel lighter, calmer, and clearer even after the first session.
These sessions are suitable for anyone seeking clarity, emotional balance, and thoughtful guidance during challenging phases of life.
