About Marco
I am a Cambridge Engineering student with a strong academic background in Maths and Physics. I achieved A*s in Maths, Further Maths and Physics at A-Level, as well as all 9s at GCSE. Having recently gone through GCSEs and A-Levels myself, I understand what students need to do to improve and achieve high grades.
I want to teach because I enjoy helping students build confidence in subjects that can often feel difficult or overwhelming. I aim to explain ideas clearly, break problems down into manageable steps, and help students develop both understanding and exam technique. My goal is to make students feel more confident, prepared and capable when approaching challenging questions.

My lessons are usually around 1 hour long and are aimed at GCSE and A-level students studying Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry or Physics. I focus on building strong understanding of the content first, making sure students know why methods work rather than just memorising steps. I then work through exam-style questions to improve technique, accuracy and confidence.
Each lesson can be tailored to the student’s needs, whether that means going over difficult topics, practising past paper questions, improving problem-solving, or learning how to structure answers to gain full marks
