About Gilles
Hello, I'm Gilles. I've been a tutor for 4 years teaching Maths and Physics to over 30 students. I've taught 8 year olds and 28 year olds from common entrance up to undergrad level. I'm currently doing a PhD at Cambridge University in Physics. Maths is a vital skill useful at almost all levels. It is also fundamental to developing your skills as a Physicist. I aim to help students develop an intuition for either or both of these disciplines and give them the best opportunity to succeed either in their exams or future studies. My teaching style caters to the specific needs of my student and thus the content is flexible and dependent on what is most important for you. I'm an enthusiastic teacher who loves to get students actually interested in their subject and well prepared for their exams. I'm patient and easy going but always want to get the most potential out of a student so expect them to be committed to improving their abilities. Expect a smiley, curly haired English person!
