(5) Presenting your product or service. Making Support Statements. Active Listening.
(6) Identifying Customer Attitudes and how to respond to them.
(7) Logic Versus Feelings. Releasing The Pressure.
(8) Closing and The Summary Close.
(9) Taking Control - ‘Old School’ Word Tracts That Work
(10) How To Make A Callback and Getting Referrals.
(11) Intensive Rollplaying and Analysis of Process (Optional)
