About Edgar G
Working as a full-time lecturer and an Academic Coordinator, I delivered experience- and case-study-based online and in-person MBA classes to undergraduate and graduate students including CEOs, bank managers, and other executives. I also served as the Head of Jury and students’ advisor, overseeing academic progress for 270 students, including overseeing final thesis research. In this role, I also refined the business curriculum through assessment, applied research, and scholarly activities.
As MBA Program Coordinator and member of the Organizing Committee, I held responsibility for student employment and recruitment days for internships, with special responsibility for diversity and creativity. I also oversaw the internship program, including building strong internship relationships with twelve companies in banking and manufacturing.
