About Sean
I am currently a member of the Carleton University Men's Soccer Team, the #1 ranked university team in Ontario, and a top 4 team in Canada. I have multiple years of playing at the semi-professional level in League1 Ontario. Prior to this, I have played and trained at the highest level of Portuguese academy soccer. I have 2+ years of coaching experience with players aged 4-13 years old.

I approach my personal training with flexibility and based on the needs and goals of the specific player I am training. Drawing from my years of experience training at the highest level of soccer in Europe and playing at the varsity level and semi-professional level in Canada, I have developed effective, professional training methods. Training is tailored to the player’s position, weaknesses and strengths.
