About Michael

I specialize in beginner and intermediate adult students whose dream is to learn to play the cello. I am a professional musician who has more than 5 years of experience in teaching the cello in French and English. I am a versatile teacher able to adapt to everyone's needs. I am also a professional conductor and I bring this experience and knowledge to my lessons. I like to see people progress and I am always looking for ways to facilitate a constructive and enriching learning environment. Music is enriching for the soul, and I like to share it with amateur musicians

COVID 19: I specialize in doing distance lessons on Skype I completed my master's in music in 2016 at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama I can teach cello from beginner to intermediate level. I am happy to teach children and adults

Perfect! Michael est un professeur trés agréable. Il sait faire travailler les enfants avec exigeance et souplesse. Il sait les motiver et les encourager. Il est trés compétent aussi bien en cours présentiel à son domicile qu'en ligne (nécessité du confinement). Nous le recommandons vivement!

Excellent! Reprenant la musique en débutant le violoncelle, Michael s'est très bien adapté à mes attentes. Toujours de bonne humeur, il transmet sa passion de l'instrument en étant très à l'écoute, observateur et excellent pédagogue. Ses conseils sont avisés et précieux! C'est un réel plaisir de découvrir ce bel instrument à corde à ses côtés!
