About Traci
My name is Traci, and English is my mother tongue. I have a Bachelor of Science in Language (Linguistics and Translation), as well as a Master's in Translation, a Certificate in Technical Communication, various writing and editing courses, in-depth grammar courses, and the CELTA certification to teach English as a second language to adults. I love sharing language knowledge, getting people excited about learning, and helping them work toward certain goals (for travel, for work, to better communicate in everyday life, etc.).

I am very passionate about language, and teach not only grammar, punctuation, style, etc., but also help students understand why we write or say something a certain way, the origin of words, etc., which often helps to integrate the word, expression, idiom, etc. better. I prefer teaching teenagers and adults who want to improve their written and/or spoken English, but I am open motivated children as well. Language is fun and functional. I listen to people's specific goals, and design a program based on them. I am also capable of teaching specific types of English, such as for business, for science and medicine, for technology, specific to a given job or interest.
