About Polly
I am a CELTA-qualified native British English teacher with experience helping adult learners develop confidence and fluency in English. Having studied French and Spanish (with intermediate knowledge of both languages), I understand the challenges learners face and can explain concepts clearly.
I focus on creating lessons that are supportive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s goals. My aim is to help you communicate naturally, build confidence, and enjoy the learning process. Whether you want to improve everyday conversation, prepare for exams such as IELTS, or develop professional English skills, I provide personalised guidance every step of the way.

I help adult learners from pre-intermediate to advanced levels speak English more confidently and naturally. Beginners are also welcome if your first language is French or Spanish — I have intermediate knowledge of both languages and understand common challenges learners face.
My lessons are friendly, supportive, and tailored to each student’s goals. I focus on improving spoken English through conversation, vocabulary building, pronunciation practice, and clear explanations of grammar when needed.
Lessons usually last 60 minutes and take place online. I adapt the content to your level and interests so you can practise real-life communication and develop fluency naturally.
I am a CELTA-qualified native British English teacher with experience helping adult learners improve their speaking, listening, reading, and overall confidence in English.
New students are welcome to a short, free trial lesson so we can discuss your goals and see if my lessons are a good fit.
