About Saad
My name is Saad, 22 years old, and I am a second year student at Centrale Lille.
Before that, I did three years of preparatory classes at the Lycée Henri Poincaré. My experience in PCSI and then in PSI* also allowed me to learn many working methods that I pass on with pleasure to my students.
In terms of experience, I have already done many private lessons, especially for high school students. I was also an examiner for first year preparatory students during physics colleges.

I always start with a free trial session. I find this session essential because it allows me to discover the student as well as his school situation. I identify the first difficulties, and I base myself on this to make a work program that suits the best.
Then I propose this program to the student, and possibly to his parents if they wish. This allows him to understand the very usefulness of the private lessons in which he is embarking, and I am obviously open to any proposal for modifying this program. This program will serve as a roadmap throughout the period of private lessons.
Concerning the progress of a course, my objective is clear: the student must assimilate and understand in depth the different notions of his course. For this, we begin by appropriating the concepts. I then linger to question him on various points of the lesson in order to ensure that he understands. Finally, I offer him typical exercises that will allow him to mobilize his skills. In special cases, I can give "homework" for the next lesson if the student agrees and if I deem it relevant.
Of course, this method of work is likely to change according to the character of the student, but especially his class. A college student will obviously not have the same method of working as a student in higher education.
