About Edit

I felt in love with yoga when I was 17. I immediately knew I will continue with yoga for the rest of my life. I did a yoga teacher course when I was 20 and I am giving classes since 2017. Back home I studied at University English & Spanish language.

About the lesson

I am teaching Ashtanga yoga in a traditional way that means in a sequence. A student will start with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and then we will add another positions. I put emphasis on a special need because everyone is unique so every body is unique. Ashtanga yoga is specific with adjustment which is very helpful cuz a student can feel the support of the teacher. At the end a student is in Savasana (relax) and then we do pranayama together.

She is one of the best yoga teachers I’ve ever had in my life not only because of her unique approach to every one of her students but also because I’ve tried her private lessons as well and my progress in yoga and spiritual growth was exponentially better with every session. Editka has a natural talent and a desire to teach others and help them be satisfied and happy in their lives. She is a natural guide.
