About Ameenullah

I'm a professional and certified Arabic language and Qur'an tutor passionate about teaching and impacting others with my knowledge. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Islamic studies from the Islamic University of Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and a diploma in Arabic language from the Arabic Institute of Nigeria.

I have also completed a diploma in teacher training, an 18-month educational program in which I was trained and certified to teach Arabic, the Qur'an, and other Islamic-related studies. During this program, I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills required for an effective learning process.

I have studied Arabic for over two decades of my life, and as a language learner myself, I understand the unique challenges of learning the Arabic language and the importance of having a patient and supportive teacher. I want to spare you the stress and struggles I have undergone when learning the language.

What qualifies me to teach the Arabic language is not just my certifications but also the vast experience in learning, teaching, and research I have accumulated over the years. My teaching experience includes more than 10 years of teaching Arabic as a foreign language to students of all ages and levels. I have also worked at many educational institutions where I helped students kickstart their goal of learning Arabic and improved the standards of beginners. In general, over 100 students have passed through my tutelage, and I have consistently received satisfactory reviews from my students worldwide.

About the lesson

I know learning a new language can be both exciting and challenging, but with the appropriate instruction from a skilled tutor, it can also be incredibly rewarding. With my curated learning materials and variety of updated resources, I will develop and design a curriculum that's suitable for your level and meets your learning aspirations. My goal is to help you in your Arabic language learning journey.

I teach Fusha Arabic, known as the Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and its original form in Classical Arabic (العربية الكلسيكية), focusing on all three 3 aspects of language:
Reading,
Writing, and
Speaking.

I'll start with you from scratch (the Arabic alphabet and sound system) while focusing on grammar, vocabulary, phonetics, and writing skills until you become an expert in each aspect. You will acquire relevant knowledge that will prepare you for any Arabic international exam and help you cope in any Arabic-speaking country or environment.
I teach both children and adults in a simplified and explicit manner, provide detailed and practical examples, and give a designed and encouraging exercise after each lesson. I'll teach you how to read and construct simple Arabic sentences in a very short time.

I also have an Ijazah of the Qur'an and can help you fulfill your dream of becoming a Haafiz (Memorizer) of the Qur'an with correct Tajweed and simple Tafsir (explanation). Some of the books I use in teaching are, but not limited to:
- Nuurul Bayaan,
- Al-Qaai'dah An-Nuuraaniyyah,
- The Madinah Arabic book,
- Al-Qawaai'dul Asaasiyyah,
- Al-arabiyyah bayna yadaek,
- Explanation of the Holy Qur'an, etc

My classes are structured in a way to meet your specific needs.
