About Teagan
as I have multiple certifications that allows me to properly teach through the Canadian Life Saving Society; including my National Life Guarding, First Aid with CPR -C, First Aid instructor, Swim instructor, Life Saving Instructor. I consistently train to keep updated, I have a clean Criminal Record check, and vulnerable Sector Check. I have multiple years experience working as a life guard, I have worked as a swim instructor in various types of settings, including summer camps, YMCA, Private club, and in private homes. I have worked with kids of all ages in a Summer camp setting in multiple positions, gaining experience working with kids, and gaining confidence in leadership skills as well properly working with people of different kinds of disabilities, so I have been able to learn to adapt teaching methods to the person's needs. I have also taught adults in swimming and water safety skills through summer camp settings, as well as in private gym settings.

I have a huge passion for water safety, and bringing awareness for both water safety, and helping others to gain confidence in the water. I have multiple certifications that allows me to be able to teach from beginners to lifesaving courses. I strongly believe It is never too late to learn whether it is for children, teenagers, or adults. If you have your own pool, or if you know of a public pool during available public swim hours, I would be Happy to help you or your kids gain water safety knowledge, as well as help progress in swimming skills that are helpful to stay safe in or around water. I have no criminal background check, and have multiple years of experience.

Perfect! He knows how to engage the kids (ages 4 and 5). They learned swimming skills in a few lessons. He made the lessons fun for the kids. We will definitely hire him next time.

My rates are negotiable from 30 -40 $/ hour. I would also include transportation fees, as well if the pool interested in learning is a public pool, I would request drop in fees.
