About Fatima
I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). I am also pursuing life long education in the science and art of nutrition, food, sociology, and culinary arts. I am passionate about food and helping people connect to food to nurture a healthy and personalized relationship with their food.

I am trained in a series of coaching methodologies and work with you to set personalized goals to nurture your relationship with food.
After our first 20 min free consult call, we will schedule follow-up sessions (50 min in length) to set goals to nurture your relationship with food. This relationship with food can impact your energy levels, overall wellbeing, body & mind.
Our sessions will cover goals related to your food practices, habits, goals, and support around meal options and recipe ideas can also be included upon request.
